1. Type in the URL www.blogger.com
Click the Create New Blog button
2. Sign in to Blogger.com using your email address or phone number. Click the blue "Next" button
3. Choose a URL (also called a web site address), and make sure to write it down!
Create a Title for your blog, and select a Theme. (You can always go back and change your theme later!)
That's it, your blog has now been created! Congratulations!
